How WildTag came to be.
It started with a terrible booking experience and a question: why does every other industry have this figured out, but ours doesn't?
The Problem
Our founders — hunters and anglers themselves — spent months trying to vet and book guided trips. The process was fragmented, opaque, and frankly embarrassing for an industry this passionate. We knew there had to be a better way.
The Build
We spent a year in the field — literally. Talking to outfitters in Montana, fishing guides in Texas, duck camps in Arkansas. We built the product around what they actually needed, not what we assumed they did.

WildTag launched with a vision: a full marketplace and community platform — bookings, payments, guide profiles, trip stories, reviews — all in one place, purpose-built for the guided outdoor experience.
